In this open format class, students work on independent projects based on their current goals and skill levels - anything from bargue drawing and casts, to color study and still life painting. The instructor works one on one with students to guide them through a wholistic process to develop the skills in learning to see.

This course is offered under continual enrollment - feel free to call and inquire if there are any spots available and we can pro-rate you for the remaining semester (please note that minimal enrollment must be met to offer pro rates) Materials will differ from student to student based on the assignment. Please see the material list page on this website to find which supplies will apply to you (painting or drawing are both listed.)

By registering, I agree that tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, and further agree that neither the instructor nor Boarding House Art Gallery residents or staff can be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, or sickness occurring on the premises. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, or if the instructor needs to cancel, a make up class will be scheduled at the end of the semester
